Our Community Police Centres are not staffed on a full-time basis. Please call in advance to ensure that someone is available to assist you.
Ottawa Victim Services (OVS) provides emotional support, practical assistance, referrals and advocacy to people who have been victimized due to a crime or tragic circumstance without judgment to lessen the impact of victimization. OVS is a community-based agency committed to treating individuals with courtesy, compassion and respect for their dignity, privacy and diversity. OVS can be reached at 613-238-2762.
The Evidence Control Unit at 2799 Swansea Crescent is CLOSED for all walk-in services.

If you suspect your motor vehicle has been towed due to parking enforcement/snow removal, please call Ottawa By-Law services by dialing 311 if calling from Ottawa or the following numbers if calling from outside the city 613-580-2400 / 1-866-261-9799.
If you suspect your motor vehicle has been towed from a private property not controlled by By-law services, please call their property management office.
