The U.S. Air Force has awarded 20 companies positions on a potential 10-year, $13.4B contract vehicle for information technology support platforms and services.

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center received 217 bids for the Small Business Enterprise Application Solutions contract, the Department of Defense said Thursday.

SBEAS is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that serves as replacement vehicle for Application Solutions Small Business currently in use through the Network-Centric Solutions-2 IDIQ contract. The vehicle’s scope includes software development, cybersecurity, documentation operations, deployment, configuration management, business analysis for IT programs, training, technology refresh, information display services, commercial off-the-shelf product management and utilization and data and information services.

The service will obligate funds upon award of individual task orders and expects work to occur through Dec. 18, 2029.
